One component polyurethane waterproof coating is a reactive wet cured polymer waterproof coating. It is mainly made of isocyanates and polyethers, mixed with various additives such as latent curing agents and plasticizers, and processed by special processes such as high-temperature dehydration and polymerization reaction. When used, it is coated on the waterproof base layer, and a tough, soft, and seamless rubber waterproof film is formed on the surface of the base layer by chemical reaction between the - NCO end group in the polyurethane prepolymer and moisture in the air.

 

What are the characteristics of single component polyurethane waterproof coating? Let's take a look together:

1、 It can be directly constructed on the surface of damp base with fast construction speed, which can shorten the construction period;

2、 High strength, high elongation, high elastic recovery rate, strong adaptability to cracking and expansion of the base layer;

3、 Very good low-temperature flexibility;

4、 Strong adhesion to the base layer, no need to apply base treatment agent;

 

5、 The layer is dense, without pinholes or bubbles, with a low water vapor permeability coefficient, making it both waterproof and a vapor barrier layer;

6、 Adjustable color to meet people's personalized needs for different surface colors;

7、 One application can reach a thickness of 1-3mm without bubbles.
