Construction process of full adhesion method for PVC waterproofing membrane
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproofing membrane is a high-performance polymer waterproofing membrane that is widely used in many construction projects due to its unique product formula and long product life.
Today, the editor will discuss with you the full adhesion construction process of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproofing membrane.
Full adhesion method is a construction method that fully adheres PVC waterproofing membrane to the base layer.
The construction steps are as follows:
1. Lay PVC waterproofing membrane on the surface of the base layer and keep it flat;
2. Apply adhesive separately on the surface of the coil and the base layer;
3. When the adhesive is dry and not sticky to the hands, close and paste the pre laid waterproof roll surface, and compact it with a pressure roller;
4. Perform joint welding and complete the construction.

Construction precautions:
1. Operators must undergo training before taking up their posts;
2. The surface of the welding material must be wiped clean and free of water, oil, and dirt;
3. Strictly inspect the welding quality and ensure that there are no missed or skipped welds;
4. During the construction process, attention should be paid to protection, and personnel wearing spiked shoes are strictly prohibited from entering the construction site where the roll material has been laid.
