So what are the advantages of TPO waterproofing membrane over other products? Let's take a look together below:

1. Advanced polymerization technology is used to combine ethylene propylene rubber and polypropylene, combining the excellent weather resistance of ethylene propylene rubber with the weldability of polypropylene.

2. The special formula technology does not require the addition of any plasticizers that can easily make the material brittle, and does not cause the phenomenon of general hot welding coils becoming brittle due to the migration of plasticizers, which can maintain long-term waterproof function.

3. Excellent high and low temperature resistance, maintaining high flexibility at lower temperatures and original mechanical strength at higher temperatures.

4. Chemical resistance, acid, alkali, salt, animal oil, vegetable oil, and resistance to microbial growth such as algae and mold.

 

5. It has excellent root puncture resistance and can be used as a root puncture resistant roll material for planting roofs.

6. Heat resistant aging, good dimensional stability.

7. A light colored surface with white as the main color, smooth and high reflectivity, with energy-saving effect and pollution resistance.

8. The ingredients do not contain plasticizers or oxidized polymers, and there is no harmful gas production or release during welding and use, which is harmless to the environment and human health.

9. The lap joint is constructed by hot welding, which can form a high-strength sealed waterproof layer.

10. The enhanced TPO waterproofing membrane is sandwiched with a layer of polyester fiber fabric in the middle, providing the membrane with high tensile performance, high tear strength, fatigue resistance, puncture resistance, and is more suitable for mechanical fixed roof systems.

11. The fabric on the lower surface of the TPO waterproofing membrane with backing makes it easier to bond with the base layer.

12. Homogeneous TPO waterproofing membrane has good plasticity and can be processed into various shapes after heating to adapt to complex node practices.
