Non asphalt based polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproofing roll is a waterproof material specially developed for pre laid parts of building waterproofing. The roll is composed of polymer sheet, polymer self-adhesive membrane, and anti sticking layer. It is a non asphalt based polymer pre laid waterproofing roll developed to achieve integration with concrete structures.

Under pressure, the polymer self-adhesive film and the cement slurry that has not yet set in concrete undergo creep and penetrate the anti adhesive layer in opposite directions, forming effective interpenetrating bonding and huge intermolecular forces. After the concrete solidifies, the gap between the polymer pre laid waterproofing membrane and the structural main body is sealed to a large extent, completely eliminating water channels.

The non asphalt based polymer self-adhesive film waterproofing membrane has six major characteristics:

1. Pre laid bonding

It can be integrated with the subsequently poured concrete and remains inseparable even after long-term soaking, solving the problem of pre laying (external anti sticking and internal sticking) waterproofing.

2. Reliable bonding, easy to maintain

The waterproof membrane is tightly bonded to the post poured concrete. If there is any local damage to the coil, the water will be limited to a very small range and will not flow. Even if there are individual leaks, the leakage points will be consistent with the damage points, making it easy to repair.

3. Low base requirements, saving construction time

Construction can be carried out on damp or even uneven surfaces without the need for a base coat, with high construction freedom and unaffected by weather. During rainy season construction, the advantage is more prominent, making it a powerful "weapon" to ensure the construction period.

4. Safety and Environmental Protection

During the construction process, solvents and fuels are omitted, avoiding environmental pollution and fire hazards, and saving resources.

5. Excellent physical performance

It has excellent properties such as tensile strength, elongation resistance, root puncture resistance, weather resistance, and strong adaptability to substrate deformation.

6. High cost-effectiveness

It can be used together with the post poured concrete structure layer to construct an extraordinary "skin" type strong waterproof system, with high reliability. It can also eliminate the traditional cement mortar leveling layer and fine stone concrete protective layer, saving related costs and low system cost.

Waterproofing of basements, subways, tunnels, pools, sloping roofs, and flat roofs is particularly suitable for waterproofing projects with special environments and high waterproofing requirements; Planting green roofs; Underground gas, biogas and other gas leak prevention measures.
